Notice for Public Comment - Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan (2022-2026)
The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) is seeking public comment(s) on the Authority's Capital Fund Program (CFP) Five-Year Action Plan (2022-2026) for the Public Housing Capital Fund Program. The CFP 5-Year Actin Plan outlines Public Housing capital improvements. Copies of the Plan is available for public review at the following locations, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except on holidays).
Transfer of Property to the Government of Guam
The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) hereby notifies the public of its intent to transfer the properties listed below from GHURA to the Government of Guam. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provided grant funds for the construction of the Sinajana and Hågat Community Centers under the former Urban Renewal Program, funds subsequently converted to and now administered as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
