Starting March 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021, the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority will be accepting pre-applications for the Project-based Voucher (PBV) Program for Elderly families. GHURA will open its waiting list for the purpose of filling vacancies of one- and two- bedroom rental units at the Summer Town Estates in Dededo. Pre-applications will only be accepted on-line.

Request for Public Comment - PHA Annual Plan (FY2021) and CFP 5-year Action Plan (2020-2024)
The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority is seeking public comment(s) on the Authority’s Annual PHA Plan (FY2021) and Capital Fund Program (CFP) Five-Year Action Plan (2020-2024) for the Public Housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Capital Fund Programs. The Plans detail GHURA’s proposed goals, objectives, accomplishments and use of funds.
