    • CDBG Program

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is a flexible program that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs. [Click here for more details]


    • HOME Program

HOME grants fund a wide range of activities that build, buy, and/or rehabilitate affordable housing for rent or home ownership or provide direct rental assistance to low-income people. [Click here for more details]


    • ESG Program

The purpose of the ESG program is to assist individuals and families quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness. [Click here for more details]


    • Continuum of Care

The Guam Homeless Coalition is a group of government agencies, non-profit organizations and the private sector that come together for the purpose of responding to the needs of homeless youth, families, and single adults.[Click here for more details]


    • HPRP

These funds may be used to provide homelessness prevention assistance to persons at-risk of homelessness, to provide rapid re-housing assistance to homeless persons, to help cover required data collection and evaluation costs, and to help cover grant administration costs.     • Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program

The LIHTC Program is an indirect Federal subsidy used to finance the development of affordable rental housing for low-income households. [Click here for more details]
