- Renewal projects apply as:
- Guma Hinemlo: 1-Year Renewal $313,000
- Caridad SSP: 2-Year Renewal $56,000
- HMIS: 2-Year Renewal $66,000
- Total for renewal projects: $435,000
- Available for new projects: $247,854
Samaritan Permanent Housing Bonus: $102,428*
(only available for Permanent Housing Project)
Total available for new projects: $350,282*
(only available if Permanent Housing)
- Focus for available funds should address
gaps in housing for the homeless, such as:
- Permanent supportive housing programs
for individuals with severe disabilities
including mental illness and substance abuse
who are in need of long-term housing solutions.
- Transitional housing for homeless families;
and
- Emergency shelter for homeless (NOT eligible
for Continuum of Care grants)
